Advance Parole (form I-131) is one of the only ways for DACA recipients to open up a pathway to a green card and to citizenships. I have DACA and i was able to go see my grandparents 5 years ago with advance paroled. Because my grandma was sick, my lawyer didn’t tell me I can get green card, I was allowed to go to my country and I came back to USA

Hello! As DACA recipient who has advance paroled approved and was paroled in on 12/162023. Can you apply for adjustment of status? . Mind you, there was a year in a half of acrued illegal time.

I came in when I was 5months old with a visa but my parents obviously never went back does that still count as illegal entrance??

When it comes to a green card interview or application would they get access to my financial assets like networth or investments?i feel uncomfortable telling anyone of my assets tbh i dont know if this is a dumb question

Not a dumb question at all! Depending on the green card category, you might be asked to provide some financial documents. (see travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents.html for more details) I can understand why you might feel uncomfortable showing your assets to a USCIS or CBP officer. If it makes you feel any better, know that these officers see many, many financial documents each year. Think of them almost like a doctor, they've seen it all before,
