Just imagine: Crowley and Aziraphale walking past a street performer in London - it's Hozier, and he's singing this song. Crowley recognises him as a guy he met in a bar a while ago; the one he told all about him and Aziraphale. He realises that Hozier turned his words into song, and nods at him as he walks past. He mentions it in passing to Aziraphale, who (being incredibly flattered) researches more about this artist. He soon realises that most of his songs (which he had posted on RU-vid) somehow link to him and Crowley. He smiles, and performs a small miracle. Soon, Hozier becomes popular, and people really get to see his talent, thanks to an angel and a demon. This was just a bit of a word vomit tbh, sorry if it doesn't make sense.

What. The. Fuck. I don't even know how to put this into words. I have no idea how to tell you how this video, this masterpiece, made me feel. You know that spot on your chest that is both a heavy boulder and a bottomless pit? That feeling that's too much but still so fucking hollow? It's like that. It's like being so full of love, you don't have enough time to give it all to someone, or that you don't have enough people to give it to, so it breaks your heart so so gently, into so so many pieces. I curled up as I watched this and cried and restarted, cried and rewatched, cried and repeated this well into the morning, and just as I was watching it one last time, the sun rose. It was so so beautiful, and so so heartbreaking, that I cried again, even though I was exhausted and felt like I was out of tears. It's so... And this is cliche, so don't judge me, but it's so, utterly ineffable. I just hope that my attempt at putting words to this ineffability will help you understand how you made me feel, and how much I appreciate it.

this is so beautiful and very lovely. the art and the music to fit it just wholesome and sweet and just a liiiiittle sad but not even because these two are ineffable and eternal. *fun side thing: Three days after I finished watching Good Omens and fell stupid in love it these two, I open my door to find, next to my stairs, is a large black rat snake! just sitting and sitting in the space between the brick wall and my brick steps (probably where a potted plant would be or something.) Apparently, Black Rat snakes are Very Good Boys™ so I just let it do it's thing but the "I slithered here from Eden just to sit outside your door" Reminded me of that, lol.
