Hi JP. We loved your tour of Ireland. It was full of interesting sights, facts and people. My wife and I visited the caravan and camping club site at Glenco last year and were privileged to collect a few ferns to fashion a reef and place it on the ruins of a cottage where 5 people were massacred at the Glenco massacre just a short walk from the site. It has 5 mature trees planted to commemorate their lives. The full story is on display at the Glenco visitor centre just outside the camp site. On your way back from you adventures you might enjoy a visit there

That Loch Lomond road is a nerve racking drive.I was in my Vauxhall Agila and had my eyes shut most of the time.😊 Fantastic scenery though and you are going to love all the wildlife too.Away to bing watch your Ireland trip.

I know that was a hairy trip but it was funny,"breath in Glady's", little scream when the big red truck was coming at you. The drive in Scotland was really beautiful, it did something to my heart. Ha ha when you got your Whiskey and said "I love you" and Sammie goes,"I know your talking to the Whiskey. Be safe up there.

Did Harris and Lewis last year, brilliant week there. Most amazing beaches I've ever seen. Luskentyre and Bay of Uig are must see. The West side is best You'll love it, looking forward to the vids

Just a quick line to sympathise with your journey along lock Lomand we picked up a broken caravan window in a little nudge from a lorry wing mirror on our way back. It was soon fixed but it is a very tricky road

Jesus those rads looked crazy, I've seen that in Ireland too, So many dodgy drivers on the roads. I hope you're keeping well, I'm looking forward to the Hebrides videos :)

Go to Achnahaird Bay and beach. Totally remote and scenery is amazing. Just left after spending 3 days there. Car park at end of the road. Sheep and wildlife that's it !

Hi JP, fabulous vlog again with a lot of interesting details of roads to avoid, always useful.. looking forward to Outer Hebrides now.. sorted, hope the weather gets better for you, hate horrid grey soggy weather, although the waterfalls down the Scottish Mountains are spectacular, got to see a lot of those one wet summer when we were up there 😂😂👍👍

Excellent.....love Uist and Lewis and Harris.... was rough crossing.. fortunately I've got a strong stomach. I really need to get back. Next time ferry from Oban onto Barra then up to Lewis and ferry to Uig.... Happy safe travels guys as its getting rough x

Ahh 😅I do remember those winding roads, and we were in a 50 seat coach 🫣🫣 But it is so beautiful 😅 I never got to Syke, it’s on the list, so looking forward to seeing on you very “ JP” way. We went to the outer Hebrides for 4 weeks in June we really enjoyed it we started in Barra and worked our way up. If you want ideas for good sites let me know love Jean

Unfortunately the height barriers are there for a reason, to stop the travellers moving in, the councils really should cater more for motorhomes though, maybe a barrier and ticket system would work. Glad you enjoyed Ireland though, there's plenty more to see, hopefully you will be back next year.

Hiya, ahh I knew you were going there 🤭 My heart sang when I saw the bridge to what used to be our home 🥰 Sorry the weather is so rubbish for you, hopefully it’ll settle, but as you know, it can be 4 seasons all in one day 😊 Look on the bright side the wind will keep the midgies away😅 I hate that section of road, they have made it a bit wider in places, but it’s still not an easy drive when you have HGVs & coaches hurtling towards you with nowhere to budge over to 😱 Have the most amazing time you three, I’m looking forward to watching your Outer Hebs adventures. Gosh, this takes me back a few years, to when I was up there & visited Skye & Uig. There's a lot if "Plumbs" up there, that don't slow down, or pull over in the passing spaces & then expect you to move, or hover so they can pass🙄🤦‍♀️🤬 I don't see how remote areas can ever be cashless, because they don't have the coverage. There was panic a while back when the supermarkets, banks & NHS were all hit & people couldn't get money out of the ATM's & the supermarkets were only taking cash!! Its all wonderful until we start having the power cuts they keep threatening .....to save energy of course😏🙄 It was a nightmare all round, because they had to resort back to notes, pen & paper🤯 I must confess, I wasn't watching you, but watching Sammie, doing her sign language to Raven in the background😂😂😂 Mummy he wanted a wee🤷‍♀️😂😂 Looking forward to our trip round the Highlands & Islands with you all.....hope the weather improves, but up there it changes like......well the weather 🤷‍♀️😂😂

Dreadful journey! Seemed to be raining for both days. 😨 Outer Hebrides. 🎉🎉. Just brilliant. We’re looking there for next year. We’ve spent a lot of time North of Uig. Absolutely gorgeous place JP. Have you thought about crossing to Dunoon and up to Oban to avoid the A82? We loved that route Safe trip guys. Really looking forward to following along. 👍👍👍

I’ve been on the Uig site several times, it’s really convenient for the ferry. If it’s the same owner ,he was from Sheffield. Looking forward to your adventures around the Outer Hebrides, it’s one of the most beautiful areas of Scotland.

Looking forward to the Outer Hebrides - are you planning on visiting Barra at all ? The only commercial airport in the world where the runway is a beach ! That would be worth seeing 👍

The reason unfortunately for the 2m barriers at all public car parks and spaces to to stop the "travellers" from taking over same permanently. England is not the only country with problems with so called travellers or as you would say Pikies (not sure about the spelling) ☘️☘️

Gutted to see you leave this glorious island but cant wait to see your next adventures. The problem with park ups out west is repeated with long distance walks The lung and lough Gara way pass across our bog and look like a cracking two to 5 day walk but nowhere you can camp unless you risk pissing off a landowner. Hope to you next year , either in Eiré or maybe on The Wrekin. Jx
