I would most definitely crash anytime I had too much physical activity or mental activity. I found a doctor who helped me. She tested my ferritin, thyroid, vitamin D, B12, and all tested low. Then I made sure to balance my blood sugar with plenty of protein, fat, fiber. Supplements to help mitochondria were very effective. Licorice root and Seriphos calms the nervous system. @@naimoulinakibarde1995 I use Vital Nutrients Licorice Root Extract. 1-2 in the morning. I haven't experienced low blood pressure with it, but I also take 1/4 tsp of Celtic Salt 3x/day to prevent low blood pressure. Also, an excellent product is Researched Nutritionals NT Factor Energy 2 tablets twice a day. Covid attacks the mitochondria, and this product helps to restore mitochondrial health. It's a must in addition to healing the gut, since research shows the good bacteria in the gut are depleted with Covid. Good luck to you!
