I would most definitely crash anytime I had too much physical activity or mental activity. I found a doctor who helped me. She tested my ferritin, thyroid, vitamin D, B12, and all tested low. Then I made sure to balance my blood sugar with plenty of protein, fat, fiber. Supplements to help mitochondria were very effective. Licorice root and Seriphos calms the nervous system. I hope this helps someone. Rest and learn techniques to increase vagal tone.

@@naimoulinakibarde1995 I use Vital Nutrients Licorice Root Extract. 1-2 in the morning. I haven't experienced low blood pressure with it, but I also take 1/4 tsp of Celtic Salt 3x/day to prevent low blood pressure. Also, an excellent product is Researched Nutritionals NT Factor Energy 2 tablets twice a day. Covid attacks the mitochondria, and this product helps to restore mitochondrial health. It's a must in addition to healing the gut, since research shows the good bacteria in the gut are depleted with Covid. Good luck to you!

How did you regain your sleep? Insomnia and night burning pain even with drugs to help sleep and I still can’t.

Great for Rachel. However, I would consider this a very "mild" case of long covid.

She's probably menopausal. She's the right age. And, that's the cause of the fatigue, mind fog, feeling lethargic. And, menopausal women are more likely to experience ME/LC. If anyone wants to know more I can provide sources. Please, gals - if you're about 35 - 50 - you're very likely perimenopausal or in menopause. On the younger end, it's unlikely but not impossible. At the top end you're definitely perimenopausal and your symptoms can also be attributed or made worse by this. Just like our periods/mid-cycle can hit us hard.
