She's now a Dr training to be a OB gyn. Both her sisters are Drs too. Her family aren't just living off the money their dad made, they've worked hard to become Drs in their fields. Shame this family felt they had to put her down.

You could see easily how embarrassed the man was for not providing his family a more secure and comfortable life. The bitter, jealousy and resentment towards the girl and her dad’s money made it very obvious he was trying to compensate feeling awful by putting her down.

I agree 👍🏽 The dad seems so critical and arrogant and the mom is riding on his coat tail 🙄 I feel the hosts are antagonising her because she is born into wealth and they are poor even though her parents worked from the bottom up to get to where they're at. Good on her for stepping out of her comfort zone and standing up for yourself. If you stay motivated and focus on positivity you can get out of poverty and always be grateful what little or more you have 💯👍🏽

i don’t really understand why we need to make these rich kids feel guilty for being rich as they have hardworking parents. I love Sepii she’s so sweet and she’s so grounded. This family will stay poor because they think poor, they treat people poorly too. Change their mindset and they’ll get a better life. stop self pitting and you’ll be okay. its not funny when Sepiis parents would brush her hair, this only shows how much lovely her family is. This couple are quick to judge her when she’s trying to say that why she’s there is to find out what it’s like. That’s right girl, your dad can go out and buys a $100k rug if he wants cos he earned it! This couple obviously didn’t plan well as they kept having children when they couldn’t afford it. The wife just mocks and husband just asks questions. They sound so bitter as if it’s her fault that she comes from a well off family.

I love the fact that they mock her for not knowing how to cook when the mother literally does all the cooking for her sons. Talk about double standards. The mother also completely twisted what she said about doing her hair by telling her husband she “can’t” brush her and her mom or dad does it, when she literally saw her doing it downstairs. I feel that the root issue at hand is that the lifestyle of the rich causes jealousy and bitterness to those that want that lifestyle, but don’t have it.

This family are just awful, why is the father only working 3 days a week and the mother not at all. They both should be working full time as the kids are not small children. This show is full of resentment towards a young girl who is made to feel bad for being born in a wealthy family. These shows are full of people who are not working as much as they could. I’m a single mum working full time and I earn enough to support my family as I’m working hard to do so. I do not receive benefits and in Australia the cost of living is very high.

I am halfway thru and surprisingly like the rich girl for her open attitude to come there and learn. I feel the Indian couple are talking down to her too much when she was raised by her parents who have not made her work. It's not really her fault. She is not putting them down at all. She has excellent manners so her parents did teach her manners. Have the # of kids you can afford.

The beauty of the show is for the experience not to be constantly judged and ridiculed for the young ladies lifestyle, I dont think they should have even aired this episode

I don’t know what this family is complaining about. I live off of $2100/month in Canada. Out of that, $1280 is my rent, $200 for utilities, car insurance is $184, tenants insurance is $43, bank fees are $17, phone/internet is $120. The rest has to cover gas to get to work (I start before the buses start), food, and everything else. It’s just me, so I don’t have a spouse who can go to work to make up the difference.

Having children isn't always thought out financially as otherwise most people wouldn't have one and I found myself pregnant with a third without being a conscious plan as such in my twenties where you can be a little naive or less responsible . I think some cultures do like bigger families as its their norm and drs like to have four kids I've seen from working with them. Three kids isn't excessive in reality as in australia a decade or so they wanted a population increase and even encouraged a three kid ratio,

I think in many countries even though they dont have privileges, many teens n young adults dont do any cleaning because their mom do it for them. These two sides of life in UK they both unaware the life style. This show gives an eye openi from both sides, in the end its up to us how we deal it. His son can easily one day become so rich like her dad. Diversa, her dad can suddenly loose everything of somethi g happened to her parents n end up loosi g everything. I’m glad the family pushed back so much. I think she deserves major kudos for seeing it as a challenge, and didn’t just shut down. They taught her so much and had they handled her with kid gloves, I don’t think she would have seen how much she could do! Plus, she wants to be a doctor, so these lessons are so crucial to her success. I think they also learned a whole lot from her as well. Great episode!

The husband works 3 days a week? Sorry no one should be able to only work 3 days a week. The kids are also old enough that the mother can work. I think they like receiving benefits and cheap housing so it doesn't motivate them to work more. My country is more expensive and most work 5 days a week or even 2 jobs. We don't have council housing and $380 in rent is almost free.
