It was such a joy to visit Porta Del Vento, an always windy natural winery located in Camporeale in Sicily.
Here, owner and winemaker Marco Sferlazzo farms in tune with nature and the windy conditions create a perfect base for his sparkling wines like Voria Bianco, whilst his oldest vines capture the magic required for quality skin-maceration... and then there is the forgotten grape he is pioneering alongside other natural winemakers in the area: Perricone.
