This is cool. My order status says my vehicle has been built and in transit to the US port of entry and asked that I confirm my accessories. I had no idea they did all of this at the port.

Its not exactly what you want when toyota dosent let you order what you want. And you have to take something similar that they send to the dealer!

I use to work with some of Dose people for Ten Years at Toyota Then I Got a Lump Sum and moved on.

No Toyota is a very Good Company they lay- off one hundred employees. We were United so they. Go by seniority I had ten years seniority. That was the lowest. So they gift us all one hundred of us two years worth are pay with unemployment Benefits.

This makes me mad. I thought I was paying for a 4Runner that was 100% built in Japan!!!

@@Jayvacano I guess it makes me more sad than anything. I have a 2022 4Runner that's coming soon and there are several items like a large roof basket , skid plate and some other things and I do not trust the American worker to put on the parts as good as the proud Japanese worker. I will have to put a wrench on every part that was installed on the USA dock.

I’ve owned for Lexuses of my life and never had an issue with any of the build or the add-on packages that were installed at this facility. The quality is excellent and the reliability is as good as any other top manufacturer.

@@terrencewdonovan Everything turned out just fine with the add-ons put on at this USA facility. All bolts and nuts were torque on perfectly...but it is very sad I do not trust the USA worker anymore and I did have to check every item put on in the USA for piece of mind.

@@buyamerican3191 a lot of Toyotas are made in the USA, other “foreign” manufacturers as well. Those companies employ tens of thousands of Americans.

@@buyamerican3191 I was looking at the Buick envision. "American" Made in China... Although I bet those cars are better built than a car in Alabama factory etc...
