The problem is that you very clearly used a bunch of center fire brass to make your bars. So proof of concept sure, but the brass had more value before it was melted down.
Any center fire brass that I use have been deemed not re-loadable. Either too short, damages, too dirty, or reloaded too many times. Only rim fires and waste brass get melted. Thanks for watching Josh.
You only need to cast the lead, you anneal the cases and then stretch them to size you want. Anneal again then put some lead in the case. Over simplified it but you should get the idea. I cast my own bullets but don't put a jacket on them other than powder coating.
