Brownells Gun Techs Keith Ford and Steve Ostrem took a field trip to the Rock Island Auction Company to look at some rare German submachineguns from World Wars I and II. Keith shows us a Bergmann MP18, often called the "Schmeisser" (after its designer), and a beautifully manufactured MP34, the "Rolls Royce of the submachinegun world." Next, an Erma EMP ("Erma Maschinenpistole") commonly issued to SS troops, followed by an MP40, the definitive submachinegun of the Wehrmacht in WWII. Keith ends with a "Final Days of the Third Reich" MP 3008 copy of the British Sten gun. What about the MP28, MP38 and MP41? Subscribe if you haven't yet and stay tuned!
