I love to watch your videos. Your quilt projects are simple but so beautiful. You have a soothing easy going voice to listen to. Keep up the great work.
As surprisingly as it is to say: I need potholders. Badly. I sew on average 6 days a week for 3-4, or more hours a day. (Retired, time to play, play, play!) And as the cobblers kids know: I need potholders. Lol! Happy sewing 🧵
I love watching you work Beth, you make everything seem so easy. your videos are relaxing, and I’ve learned so much from watching you thank you very much
So sweet! Sometimes it's these extra projects after making a quilt that give us joy and satisfaction. Love improv scrap usage when it comes out as lovely as this. =)
So crazy, in all my 20 years of quilting, I’ve never made a single layer bias edge. 🤷♀️ Just never thought about it. It the perfect thing for a scrappy project like these cute potholders! The double is so bulky on small projects. Thanks for the inspiration and happy quilting. 👩🌾💙🧵🪡✂️
Another great little video. One more idea for using up more scraps. I will be making more for our mercantile area for our upcoming quilt show on April 26th and 27th for our quilt guild in Northfield, Minnesota. Thank you, Beth.
This is cute, cute, cute and very clever! I have sometimes miscut my fabric unless I put a piece of tape on the ruler, especially if it's something like 3/8" or 7/8." Even though I am American, I much prefer the metric system, which is what I used in my profession before I retired. It's SO much easier because it is based simply on the number 10. Thanks for the video!
First I really like the single binding method you used. Excellent idea. I love the Orphan Block quits I've seen. This steps up the creative process. 🎶💐💖🫂
