And we had a woman Jay who came to us with 0 confidence and was like no one will hire me or give me a chance For us all we're looking for is your motivation to work and create change in your life And confidence just begins there of like yes we believe in you We want to give you a chance We want to give you an opportunity And over the 6 to 9 months in our program just watched her blossom and and her goal was to be able to give back to other girls and women who had similar experiences to her to hopefully avoid them ending up in the system or if they have to get back on their feet And so she was able to move into an advocate role at a nonprofit to then bring that just full circle and give back to other women
