This is just a personal preference. I still like Championship and it's what I would cover my own table with if I had a table. I just feel like I have more control over Whitey and I draw her back more than most players. In all fairness - most of the Simonis tables I played on the cloth was probably installed wrong and over-stretched and you wind up playing pool on ice. I can adjust to it, because I've had to but I'd rather not. In each pool room you enter you have enough adjusting to do and I'd rather focus on cheering up a grumpy bar-maid than figuring out if the guy who put the table together is certified by Simonis.
