Truly a great links course, I'd encourage anyone who hasn't played it, to make the effort. As a local, I've had the good fortune to play it many times.
I had the great opportunity to play Cruden Bay twice with the last time being about six years ago. There is no place on earth like Cruden Bay. I will always remember the time(s) I got to play there. (Thanks John and Neal!!!)
Superb. Hopefully going to make it up for a round in the next week or so. Played the soul out of Balnagask, and whilst I love it - Cruden Bay just can't be beat!
That’s interesting, so the 6th & 8th of st Olaf was part of the original Tom Morris 18 , the 3rd and 4th , apart from that holes , is the rest of the main course Tom Morris design ? Cheers
Hi My father bought the course from a scrap merchant at 2am in Kilmarnock Arms who had bought from British Railways intending to turn it over for sheep.
