Thank you for the set list, im pretty new to karting. Is the vertical play with the spacers normal? Do you crank it down and does that affect alignment? Ive been having issues with alignment on the stand versus on the ground.
The alignment will change once you set the kart on the ground, putting the kart down can toe in the front end and reduce camber. Whenever I swear the alignment is perfect on the stand and my son lets go of the wheel on the straight to prove its not I check the front end sweep. There shouldn't be any play in the spacers. You want the front hub tightened down just enough to where you can spin the inner spacers with your fingers but they don't spin freely.
