Hi! Yes, normally it should be, together with the dash buttons (for lights, wiper, etc.) and the dash itself

@@stutututuuu1277 it happens, mine also doesnt light up, it was most likely taken apart a few dosen times allready, and someone forgot something to plug back in. For me its ok though, i know where are all the stuff
