FRONTIER 2104! best AFFORDABLE BAY BOAT ( 6 month review)

Another great review! The Suzuki is a great powerplant, I just hit 100 hours with zero problems. I had a few small electrical problems on my huill as well that I was able to fix pretty easily. I have a friend with a brand new Majek that cost 100K and he has had electrical issues, apparently it's just part of the deal now. Thanks for getting in that cold water, she is a sexy hull!

If you want a solid battery powered backup for a makeshift bilge the Milwaukee M18 transfer pump runs super hard and barely hits the battery life even with a little 5 amp hour. You could leave it on all day and it wouldn't let you down. Nice review!

I cannot believe that Frontier is not more widely known. I have a year one 19ft model. It has been a great boat! My only complaint is that is so light that it struggles in really rough chop. But the early year models were rolled edge capped and not fully lined. I suspect the extra weight of the new models helps the rough water ride.

Nice boat. Never knew anything about them, have only seen a few on the water, but never knew the owners. The beam seems narrow for a 21' until you start moving on it. It's apparently the cause of your predominantly mounted view on the windscreen bar. For bilge pump issues I came across a stick pump from Milwaukee Tools the other day. Battery powered, or at least his was, may have DC corded ones too. 3 feet long, side exit, his was 450 gph, but he thought they made them from 350-700 gph. Looks just like a bilge pump, grill and screen protected, battery on upper end. Think I will view your earlier review.

You could flip the jump seat latches around and they wouldn’t stick up anymore.

Buy a key west avoid all the hassle

Between your initial review and this one it sounds like a lot of QC issues at the factory. I know you're happy now but a buyer shouldn't have to go through all that frustration.

why in the world would you put a pump in the live well

If a boat manufacturer cant wire a bilge without failing from the factory without fixing the design thats terrible and you shouldnt love the company. U shouldnt have to have a dealer fix major electrical issues before taking delivery. If frontier isnt willing to address the issues that are known issues coming from the factory then noone should be buying these.
