State of DK for Frost DKs in the WoW BfA Pre-Patch
Current Opener for Frost DKs with BoS:
-Obliterate(using any Rime Procs) to pull Runic Power till about 80-90
-Cast ERW-PoF-BoS in that order
-Cast Remorseless Winter AFTER casting BoS
-Spam Obliterate or FsC(with KM procs) and Rime Procs
-deal with 20% downtime
