Even though the outcome was kind of predictable, there were two things I wanted to see in this fight that thankfully were done to make this one of my favorite Death Battles: 1) Vegeta using Final Flash 2) Thor aiming for the head

The death blow was a reference to Thor using Mjolnir returning to force Loki to cooperate, something the MCU copied pretty well from the comics. Because the enchantment that says _NOTHING_ stops the hammer from coming back, is from the Odinforce itself.

11:04 I agree. Remember that scene in Death Race (I think it was the second one) when Wiz asked him, "Aren't you wanted in all 50 states for that exact thing"? I forgot what exactly they were talking about, but I think it had to do with him running people over or something along those lines. 28:24 Hakai is indeed powerful, but considering that anyone of comparable strength to the user can resist it, it is only OP in the hands of OP characters.

Not Death Battle. RoosterTeeth. The DB Crew actually wanted Bardock vs Omni-Man too, but RoosterTeeth got involved and wanted Homelander to face Omni-Man instead.

The way I view it is that yes, all saiyans are warriors, but that they recognized that certain jobs were necessary, and relegated the less powerful members of their race to those jobs. Like if the weak babies they send out to planets accomplish their mission and come back, but are below a certain power level, then they get to be scientists if they are smart, or more menial jobs like butchers if they aren't.

Seems like people tend to think Dragon Ball characters can’t be defeated by anyone outside their own series because of how much destructive power they tend to have… But to me that’s like saying someone who possesses a nuclear bomb is untouchable. Know what I mean?

Agreed. DB characters are strong, but put the strongest characters (Goku, Vegeta, Zeno, Beerus, etc) in verses like Marvel or DC and they'd be very lucky to pop up on the cosmic radar.

Remember when you said that Superman doesn’t belong in Death Battle because he’s to powerful, but then they decided to use other two characters sort of similar to Superman but evil, this would be a blast and a disaster for everyone.

A lot of people forget Marvel has never had a continuity reset like DC, so all of the wacky 60's crap these characters have done, is still 100% canon.

Yep. Marvel only really does soft retcons via the next cosmos, but it keeps the same events and just moves the date. They VERY rarely erase events from the 616 timeline (per character).

I love Marvel Earth Mightiest Heroes. The cartoon show character development, cool action fights, consequences, and deep human emotions. I also have crush on Wasp because she so cute and a awesome characters. My opinion, I think they didn't do Wasp in the MCU justice.

In truth, Toriyama has never made a multiplier for Super Saiyan Blue and Blue Evolution. And Vegeta should be worthy to wield Mjolner, but they never thought of it.

Vegeta in no way would be worthy to wield mjolnir. I wouldn't trust him to lead the Z warriors, let alone be a benevolent allfather of the 10 realms, skyfather godking of the norse gods, and co-leader of the council of godheads alongside zeus and vishnu.

Even with this loss, Vegeta is still doing better than Goku in Death Battle and One Minute Melee, having more wins over him. No matter where it is, although Goku surpasses him in power and forms/techniques, but when it comes to kills and wins or even battles, Vegeta still stays on top.

He was kinda right but kinda not. They tried to introduce that idea, then every Thor fan flipped the collective bird, and they basically made it so that Phoenix used some of her lifeforce to revive baby Thor so shes considered a second mom to Thor by his actual mother Gaea.

Crazy thing, they actually underpowered both and only used calculations from Thor's BASE form. Not to mention he has plenty of other boosts besides Warriors Madness. He literally has a belt that doubles his strength and that's just a low tier item of his but considering how powerful his base is that's handy. They didn't even scale his ×10 amp or Ruin King Thor or Odin/Thorforce Thor who's surpassed Odin, became older (stronger with age), sacrificed an eye for some cosmic knowledge, etc. Honestly disappointed that Thor isn't portrayed as the God he actually is.

UI is about avoiding the attack and counterattacking, avoiding the damage entirely. UE is about ignoring the attack, getting stronger the more damage you take. Defensive vs Offense Outboxer vs Slugger

It pains for me to see my favorite DBZ/Super character, Vegeta lose. :,( Though I knew that Thor would win. But at least Vegeta has became Death Battle Champion/Triple Winner (hence he has won against Shadow twice (Death Battle, and One Minute Melee), and Zod (in DBX)). 2 Questions. 1. Which Thor vs Vegeta do you like better? Death Battle, DBX, or One Minute Melee? And 2. If Vegeta have a power of Shazam (as you've seen my artwork) and combine that with Super Saiyan God Blue Evolved/Ultra Ego, who do you think would win and why? Thor or Super Saiyan God Shazam Vegeta?

The only reason Vegeta won over Shadow, is do to Dragon Ball's popularity. Back then, for some reason, popularity mattered more than actual strength feats.

@@callumcrane241 To be fair, that’s what Season 1 was about. They didn’t take their research seriously until season 2 when the show started becoming ScrewAttack’s most popular series because they didn’t anticipate it becoming as popular as it did back in 2012 and today.

Vegeta deserves this. Especially after what happened to Shadow in season 1. Shadow was astranomicly stronger than monkie (Meme reference) and in his super form would CERVE STOMP him. Who ever was behind writing the fight. I have a big fist to the face for you. Thank you Thor. There truly is justice in the world.

Um, last I checked, Shadow couldn’t move 300 quintillion x light speed, or destroy a universe over 200,000 times. Also, Vegeta doesn’t have a time limit on his super forms, unlike Shadow.
