That was honestly the best crew battle for smash 4 so far. Tons of momentum shift, clutch moments, tense and evenly matched games, and the way Japan climbed out of the hole to make it 3-3 in the end feels really scripted. If Nairo went ZSS instead in the end it would have been a better ending regardless of the result, but nevertheless an absolute hype crew battle.

WADI played super smart. He played a slow game during his first 2 stocks and made Ken's Sonic try use its speed to "catch" WADI's Mewtwo. Once WADI was down to 1 stock, he started playing "faster;" however, since Ken was playing full speed the whole time, Ken could not adapt to the change in momentum, resulting in his loss.
