This video has more gold business nuggets than an MBA class. Nothing, I mean nothing, beats sound advice that is a result of experience. Well done Adeolu and thank you for sharing all of the wisdom with us!
Starting big never the best way to go, start small then grow from there. Lot of people have started businesses with less than 50k and have grown to become something bigger than they ever imagined.

Mhhhh my so called move to Africa, I moved to Ghana Which is not my mother land. I was tired of America so I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I came to Ghana several times since 2014 so in 2019 I decided to set up business to earn revenue so that I wouldn’t have to keep going back to America. Long story short. I understand u FULLY when u say the landlord started giving problems and employees will steal from u at any chance they can. OMG . I had remodeled 2 shops there and made my storefront so beautiful n up to date. Added sockets in both rooms and fans and painted. Long story short, I move out of there within 6 months. Issues I had never seen in my life is wat I faced . Employees lying to ur face, hiring and firing every 2 weeks and finally the landlord started micromanaging my business. I packed and left. 🚮 I am still healing from all the trauma I had in those 6 months. Now I’m afraid to reopen in a new more civilized area. I had to go through rent control to fight to get my money back from the landlord.🙄
Really love your advice. I am just a fresh graduate and have always wanted to venture in to this line of business, i was opportune to have little experience about it when i was younger cause my mum had a frozen food shop. And i know how nice it was then though the business is no more but i want to start up frOm where my parent stopped. I will love to know how you and your wife overcame the issue of staff management and book-keeping
I'm actually watching this for my mom... she's about going into a cold room business but I feel she isn't well informed yet about what it takes and it's demands ...please I need help.
Hello Mr Adeolu, thank you for this deep insight. I would like to have a discussion with you about this same business. I need more blueprint from you. How can I connect with you via phone number or any social media platform?
Doing business in Nigeria is hard. To many greedy individuals. That’s why Nigeria is still slow in development. If you took this business to other Africa country, you will see how they will embrace your idea.
