That was a lot of information! I'm going to be watching this several times! I realize that I've been too brutal with it. I would pin the subscap and take the arm across the then push the elbow across. Everyone says it helps, but they wish it was not so painful. I will incorporate this technique. Thank you so much!

Realistically, bodywork is not always pleasant. You are releasing so much pain. It is worth it. Every client I have helped, I've been much more brutal than this. My clients always thank me. It helps the long-term pain they have been suffering from. It returns mobility. This technique seems the most gentle of ways. I am so excited to try!
