I've been hoping you would do this. This is probably my top 3 favourite song of all time. It's a shame their friendship couldn't last, truly a loss to all of us. Together, they were magic.
@@smashced9526 I don't believe it either literally. I think they probably rehearsed offstage, not down to every note but they probably had a rough plan or idea what they were going to play. That's just me guessing though because that is just too good.
Hi I have been listening too nirandra lades and usually just a tshirt for about 2 years now and it has changed my whole way of playing guitar and recording but just today I was listening through the album and I noticed that there is just a beautiful spacey stereo affect going on in a lot of the album and I have thought about it and I noticed that the stereo affect thing really shapes the album so I was wondering if you could maybe do a video on it
Probably the same Strat he used for the recording of BSSM because Niandra was recorded around this time. Apparently, he said that it was a '58 Strat, but he likely was mistaken in saying this because his guitar have a rosewood neck. Fender didn't use rosewood fretboards until '59. It may have been a 58 body with a later model neck. Also, this is not the same guitar that John used in the late 90s and early 2000s. This particular guitar was used from mid-1991 to mid-1992 when John left the band. Anyway, I think that his main guitar for Niandra was his legendary '66 Jaguar, the same he used in the Under the Bridge music video. It was his favorite guitar in this period of time and he used it to write most of the music, and he became really attached to it.
Incredible and perfect ! could you play something from the album " Omar Rodriguez Lopez & John Frusciante " ? the song " ZIM " for example. Cheers from Argentina.
