If anyone wants to know, the basic chord progression is: F Bb dm C ( I IV vi V). The tune is near 450 Hz. At 1:47 and in other part of the jam Josh plays a Bbmaj7, instead of the Bb (x53335). Most of the time the rhythm guitar is palm muting or only picking the bass part of the chords, while John predominantly stay on the high register.

Me neither, but from what I've gathered there were 5 or so performances they did there, this was on the 5th. I dont think theres any footage around of performance 5 (or any easy to find)

It sounds like both are using strats. Very hard to notice who plays each solo, I guess we can only guess it by both styles.

@@nateaustin362 that is kind of disappointing. I've always dreamed about Frusciante doing a jam session with another guitarists, but as normal jam session (one plays a solo and then the other one plays a solo and so on). Hopefully one day he does it :)

@@madden7732 sorry. Last thing I would want is to change a perception of this great artist. And not saying he wont or hasn't. I am not sure. But his style is very recognizable, and it's all thru this solo work

@@nateaustin362 Do you know how a jam session works right? There's two or even more guitarists. Each one of them has to improvise a solo when his turn comes in. Meanwhile the other guitarist(s) is/are giving the chords. I dont think it would be bad for Frusciante or would change anything of him. He would just pass a real good time doing what he most loves in this world :) and Im pretty sure he would accept a jam session without thinkin it twice, he's super nice :)

@@madden7732 hell yeah. I agree. And I would hope he would be up for a jam. I mean, he allows other instruments to take over. There is a cool jam with him, flea, Chad, and Josh on keyboards you should check out. Not exactly what ur talking about, but the idea is there. Flea plays trumpet during it. It's pretty sick
