Success is a scarier thing than people actually realise. It is FAR more of an emotional thing than anything else.

Think about this, the people who you admire due to what they have achieved? Deep down you respect/admire the fact that they have done it!

Do you reeaaaallly give a shit that they have $1000000, that they have a hot girlfriend, a boat or whatever?

It’s the meaning behind it… they were able to do something to get there, that most people could NOT!

When it comes to achieving what you want, your idols are literally no different to any other person, except they had an INTENT, and then they had unwavering capacity to do whatever it takes to get there!

Is it as simple as that? Hell no.

Why do these people not give up? Why do the majority of people give up?

Because they assume that they “can’t do it”, “don’t have what it takes”, “it’s an impossible task only meant for a minor group of people”

In reality, all these are bullshit excuses to protect our own ego.

Putting yourself out there and being willing to “fail as many times as it takes and feel hopeless in the pursuit of figuring out how to do it” is really what separates this group of elite.

In this day and age where everything is so instantly gratifying, and we get a lot of things NOW, is what has trained humans to not be able to be persistent in tough times. Easy times create weak people, and tough times create strong people.
