Among my many teenage obsessions that I haven't thought about in years and years, I had consumed everything I could find about clipper ships including building models, then flying around London after installing the Orbx landmarks, I saw the Cutty Sark! A flight sim high point for me!

Why not use Clear Skies just for the purpose of this video? Yes I know London is usually cloudy or overcast, but you are attempting to show the OBBX improvements. Would have been nice to see them clearly.

Got the London landmarks addon. Not too bad... As always great job on the video. I loved the idea of showing us differences between the versions (just uk update, uk update with addon, etc...) Keep up the great work! (my alias - "I.M. Flying " on your discord).

Both versions have the apocalypse buildings which hopefully can be fixed. I heard that UK was going to have another update. Fingers crossed.

To be fair the time of the day yiu have used doesn't help see more detail. Appears too dark and too shadowy to get a proper idea... But Obix dark looks better than default dark.

Nice vid. TBH, all Orbx have done is change a few of the stock buildings and add some extra ones. The buildings that have to be filled in on the fly will still look rubbish and have to be rendered in regardless of any packs that are installed. As an aside, I run on a very average set-up, and NY, Paris and the like run very well. London seems to be a freak as it's always the city that looks awful.

Just on the crumpled buildings, doesn't it depend on your internet connection speed? I have flown over Paris a few times and sometimes the crumpled areas are obvious but other times not so much.

Yes, it depends how quickly (or not) they render in - but some buildings seem to remain crumpled regardless.

Hi Haddison, Im facing an issue again when i pause the game to menu and come back the engine power cuts down, i believe you have showed us how to fix the issue in one of your videos... I looked arround but couldn't find, i appreciate it if you can guide me to the video or if you can explain to me how to do it. Many thanks

@@Huddison thank you... It didnt work, but i just realized the when i go to me menu then come back flaps go down and engin will stop... To bring it back on track i need to readjust the flaps, do you have any 8dea how to fix that?

If you buy it from the Marketplace: you'll have to check for updates in Content Manager. If bought through Orbx Central: it's a similar process.

Just downloaded Orbx and it's very disappointing in the financial district. Next to the Cheesegrater is not the Pinnacle but a small white Lego type building. Overall the only improvement was the inclusion of the Thames Flood Barrier. Is it possible to revert back or go between the standard city update and this one?

london is prob the worst part of the whole sim always looks bad, needs a good update i have all the extras for it doesnt help much better but not great
