Hello and welcome back. This is the first run of the FSR, Model DT 6S. Just want to get a feel for it before I go a little crazy with it (soon). I am running stock pinion, have not changed the settings or the diff fluids. Just trying to break it in and really see how this vehicle responds. I hope you watch till the end. I like it pretty dame good for a copy of infraction. What do u think of it?? Since you have alot of Arrma trucks ect

Hello Moereefer, I think that this is going to be another good street basher. Now personally I don't think it's a copy of the Infraction. some of the components are similar but the handling is different. The chassis it thinner 110mm wide Infraction is roughly 200mm wide. The layout inside (battery tray, electronics, e-brake, etc) are close but this one you have to drive (drivers vehicle). Now will it give the Infraction a run for it's money, I think it can, a little tunning. I have to run it a little more to give you my true thoughts on it but so far I am liking this truck, ordered some new wheels and tires for both the Model DT and the Infraction. Hopefully this week if the rain stops take it back out and test the 14t and a 17t pinion gear on it see how the electronics handle it. Then take it for a baseline speed run (both). It is very smooth, I like how it feels when you are in the straight away, and the drifting is a little rough, chassis sit a little low for me. Thanks Thompson, I was looking at getting the FTX/FSR Model GT and I saw this one so I just jumped on it. I am going to do a baseline speed run with the Infraction and the Model DT (stock) as much stock as I can with the Infraction. Take care and best wishes to you and the family.

Hey Fonzie, I was trying to control myself since this is my second 7th scale street basher, I am learning how this and the Infraction handles (two different driving types)🤔🤔😯😂😂. Hoons are expensive to burn through so I ordered new tires from AliExpress two sets, for the Infraction and the model dt, I also ordered two sets of Vipaz (all rubber tires) watched a lot of videos on them and they seem to last a very long time (more than 5 packs). I have a set of GRPs for speed runs ( that's all they will be used for). Thanks for watching, and I can't thank you enough for the help with the model dt. I think this is going to be a great street basher. It feels like a drivers car more than a drifting one, I am going to play with the esc settings and run it again with the included 14t pinion and then bump it up to a 16 or 18t pinion to see what it does. Hi Tom, I wasn't trying to drive it hard on this run (little carried away) just wanted to break it in. I did mention that didn't I.🤣🤣🤣🤣just a little carried away with it on this run. Tires aren't that bad but I did order some Vipaz tires (solid rubber) should last more than 3 runs. Hey Milt, it is quick, but it does need some tunning, esc programed different pinion gear and may have to tune the diffs up a little. Just ordered some Vipaz (all rubber tires) for this and the Infraction. To buy new tires every 3 pack is to much money. From what I have seen with these Vipaz, they last a very long time. Hey Allscale, this was just a test run to see how it perform and to break it in, now I'm going to tune it up, the next running will be testing out 3 different pinion gears to find the sweet spot for fun. I know you can spare at least 15min to run that 8S beast. Take care and hope to see you running yours soon.

@sparetimerc lol, you know it's never 15 minutes. Also, I need to find a safer spot to run in a place with no curbs. I live on a barrier island, so unfortunately, there aren't many big open parking lots that I know of. I have some time off coming up soon, so I will try and get it out. 👍👍👍

Hi John, thanks for the olde speed demon 🤣🤣🤣 I think once this gets tunned up it will give the Infraction some serious competition. The van was a delivery for my wife and it was there for a little bit, so I could get any serious runs. I had a ball driving this new street basher. once I get some more time on this and the infraction can talk about how it actually handles. hoping to get a couple of base line speed runs in with this one or I may do a speed run with the Infraction and the Model DT at the same time. don't know right now. Hey Addam, it is a fun truck to drive, now I have three RC's that I can take out and run around in the streets, parking lot, commuter parking, especially when the weather is bad (like today) and the back area is just to wet to take any RC out. Not looking for another 2 or 3 days of cleaning the mud, grass and lube again for awhile. Thanks for watching the video and for the wonderful comment. Take care and stay safe.

Hello RCarty, Thanks for the awesome comment, it's pretty quick with the 12t pinion gear, now I need to change the esc, diff oils and adjust the ride height, also fin the sweet spot on the pinion gear 16 or 17t, I know the 2000kV motor will get a little warm running a bigger pinion, but I have fans ready to install after the test of those two pinion gear.
