Novawing24 takes to some local skies to explore two recent releases from the Orbx stables.
The Gold Coast region of Australia has been one of the most iconic parts of Australia and a booming tourist area for decades. Home to theme parks and a range of natural wonders from beautiful pristine beaches through to untapped rainforests it is little wonder that the airport's traffic volume has incfeased exponentially over the last few years.
Orbx now bring their expertise to the area with two products, a highly detailed rendition of the Gold Coast Airport (with the bonus a bonus GA airfield to the north as well) and trial their CityScene range and techniques with the city of Gold Coast modelled, from Tweed Heads in the south to Hope Island in the north.
In this review we look over in detail both products, and discover some of their successes and some of the issues found in this depiction.
