I'm not sure of the weight, but it is using 9x6 prop 850kv outrunner from Hobbyking

But who to print the plans??What is the actual size of paper??

It's done with foam board sheets 20" by 30". Go to flitetest.com and check out the free plans. You can print out the patterns and they have step by step build videos.
