That would create a lot of noise, which would get them caught.

With the design of that box interior hinges would not work as it would not be able to open as the plate steel would turn into itself and would stop the box from opening.

I was considering combining the Ft Knox housing with the Commando Lock Total Guard high security ICANGE shrouded padlock. Bolt Cutter Proof, pick resistant-Military Grade. USA Made too boot. Single lock is $45.95 on Amazon.

They are both really good. I think the Ft Knox is a little easier to use and cheaper.

I got to look at a proven industries in person when I was looking at trailers. They are probably more secure, but a bit harder to use and cost about $75-80 more.

Anything can be stolen or broke into, but I want to make it as difficult as I can.

I don't doubt it. Nothing is theft proof, but rather theft deterrent. If a thief wants to steal something bad enough they will find a way. I'm doing what I can to deter them, but I also have 24 hour surveillance and tracking devices on all the trailers and equipment.
