FujiFilm X-H2 ISO Invariance | It REALLY Does Work 

To me, the biggest difference was not the noise but the colour. e.g. @9:30 and @13:55 the dark greens are washed out in the pix where ISO was increased in camera.

TLDR: It does work but you will still need well exposed scene
