I feel like by the time you buy an X100VI and then the converter lens... What's that, $2500 ?! Might as well just get an X-T5 and throw the 27mm pancake on there lol. (Hint, thats what I did lol.) I dunno... using the converter lens just tells me...people aren't truly satisfied with ONLY having the 35mm equiv. Feel like the freedom of putting another lens on the body goes a long way. All in all, nice images man !
Yeah, but you don’t get the range finder experience with a T5, and the 27 on the T5 makes it 40. I think most people who purchase any X100 do so because they like its form factor.
@@rogerbrooksfilms I'd probably agree w/ that. I still shoot my X-Pro 1, and love it. 35mm isn't really my thing, so I've never got bit by the X100 bug. Maybe one day.
If you’re a filmmaker and want something small and on the go, it makes perfect sense to get the WCL & TCL for different shots if you’re shooting a movie. You cannot shoot a movie without wide angel or telephoto lens. It is a must! This is actually awesome that they did that for us filmmakers! I can’t wait to see what ppl will create with this camera in terms of film. 🎞️ 😮
