Tank you, it's still useful in 2024 :-). If you are blocked at the hinge near the fan, you just have to give it a little pull and it should come.

Thanks for the Upload, just did it. Small additions: you do not need to remove the RAM and the Top Cover (close to the TFT) for the Bottom to be loose.

Hi, di you happen to know at what voltage does DDR3 in this laptop run at? Does it have "PC3L" in it's designation? Looking at buying second hand one and upgrading memory in it (have some DDR3L (1.35V) laying around...

Hi, i do not remember excatly, because i sold this laptop, but i think it supports 1066/1333 ram. DDR3L supports from 3th generation, i think. Check by cpu model.

Kann der Typ S751 auf höhere Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit gebracht werden? Welche Teile braucht man dazu u. wie teuer sind diese? Wo bekommt man die 2. RAM Karte zum stecken her? Es ist WINDOWS 10 Pro mit Vers. 22H2 vorhanden, aber eben sehr langsam arbeitend. Können Sie mir was empfehlen? DANKE für Ihre Bemühungen.

I cannot enter bios in this laptop. I reies everything and now i am searching for that bios battery but când find it. When booting up i press F2 but nothing happens. Please help

I have the same problem. I got the advice to remove the CMOS battery and plug it again. But I did not find it yet, although I dismounted everything according to this video..

Finally I found it. It is located under the touchpad. You have to dismount the whole motherboard to replace it. :-(((((
