Fukami Breakout Warm-up Drill 

I didn't start playing until I was 22, and 20 years later I'm still playing almost every week! Depending on how decent a skater you currently are, before you even start with drop-in's, go public skating A LOT! The other week I saw a guy fall on his arm and get a compound fracture because he should have become proficient at skating before he ever tried to compete. Oh and for stick skills set up a dryland space at your home using Jeremy's dryland video sessions. They're brilliant! ;-)
