Ah, I started using a fulfilment centre for my online shop only 1-2 months ago and I it was so interesting to hear about Han Ju's experience! I can totally relate with how she feels about it 😂 Seeing the list of orders getting fulfilled while doing nothing is the best feeling ever ahahah I sell mostly at conventions so I get the stock shipped to me and then I add SKU/barcode to a small portion to send to the fulfilment centre. For that reason I do the quality check myself I didn't know it was something you could ask the fulfilment centre to do for you! As I usually do 2-3 events a month, I was really struggling to keep my online store open and track the inventory. I think this was the best choice I could do for my time management and sanity 😂 Great interview as always and I love Kokoseoul products!
