What’s up kooks!? Back with another video! I did a 100 service on my Yamaha 300 and figured it would be a good process to film. I am not a mechanic but I wanted to give it a shot and the process went very smooth! Maybe this video will be able to help someone one day. Thank you guys for being here and a part of the dream! Stay tuned for more already have another fishing video on deck going to be dropping soon! Tell me what you think and what y’all want to see! Thanks guys, yewwww!

When doing either 100 or 200hr service I liked pulling the side covers off the mid section and cleaning any salt buildup that’s wasn’t washed off during normal cleaning. Great video.

Glad to see a young man with mechanical skills. Very few folks these days even know how to change a tire. Good job.

The ol' shift shaft missed penetration trick. Yeah, I've been there, too!

Way quicker to take the stbd side cover off the bracket section and removing the oil plug. Just make sure to change the gasket 👍🏼 p.s. the blue clip attached to the fuel filter housing is the water detection sensor 😊

Our local Yamaha dealer told me it is un-necessary to change your spark plugs every 100 hrs. I bet your spark plugs were totally fine.

Correct. I'd say about every 300 hours would be wise. I just use a soft wire brush to clean off carbon deposits then use feeler gauges to measure the gap clearance is between 1mm-1.1mm.
