No he isn't. His commentating is rather awful. Half the time he just rambles on about nonsense and talks over the game. ESPN coverage is almost universally hated for games.

That was before the game, which is not considered cheating. What he was talking about is that they would go to the replay room before every game and watch if the pitcher was tipping pinches. And again that's not cheating. What he didn't mention is that Beltrán also thaught them how to steal signs using technology.
