Sometimes we lose excess to a gym or ability to lift weights in general, or maybe you have never had a gym membership at all? Well that shouldn't give us an excuse to do nothing! WE can still continue to work hard to get after the gains!
With calisthenic workouts you can grind in almost any place! You don't need a gym or a weight room to grind it out! Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, air squats, handstands, etc. You can still get that work! In this video is a collection of workouts you could do to work your different muscle groups. This video isn't in a follow along style format, but on this channel you will find plenty of those!

I tried the workout while pausing the video throughout so I could time everything properly and I got my ass kicked (just started working out again so it makes sense). Definitely need to try this one consistently!

Absolutely the same. I'm back up to running 2-3 miles without too much trouble (not much, but it's been 7 years since I stopped), but half way through this my core and arms were burning. Will be doing this until it doesnt hurt, then I'll look at some more of this monsters videos!

Great video! Body weight cardio workouts are soooo underrated. They’re so effective for both strength and cardio. The 70s was the start of suckering the public that they had to go to a gym. The fact is that we all carry a gym around with us wherever we go! It’s our body!

Hey man, this is not related to the vid, but I just wanted to thank you for your military vids. Yesterday I swore in as an Airman at MEPS. How do you translate an AFQT score? My overall percentile was 62, what does that translate to, do you know?

Holy shit I've always been a competitive power lifter, and this murdered me. I had to take a year off after my last competition due to injury and this had me drowning in sweat at the wide grip pushups. Great workout man!

This dude has an amazing physique. And, he is clearly natural. I'm telling you, as a longtime gym rat with a pretty darn good physique from lots of hard work and good eating, this calisthenics stuff has my physique looking better than my gym workouts dead. During the virus situation I have been jamming at home with videos like this and working with heavy water bottles and just doing different challenging stuff and my physique is popping in a way it just wasn't in the gym even though I was doing a pretty good overall. This dude is cool and I'm going to start to check out more of his stuff

Good lookin out! Gonna use this to get into shape before I enlist this year. Add in some squats, pull-up bar exercises and some running for cardio. Goal is to be as strong as my body weight before basic so I'm not lagging as a 28 year old.

​@Khalid Mohammed The other videos are literally guys doing gymnastics and calling it "beginner calisthenics". I do, do both... I do pull ups, chin up, dips/ lower chest & tricep variation with progressive overload weight lifting. However, this video is a full body calisthenics work out I don't do that or full body workouts... So I don't know what you're talking about. I do upper lower splits... Now, I'm switching to full body calisthenics coming off a winter clean bulk. That's like turning a oil tanker around.

All I'm saying is the 10 minutes workout video is not to be underestimated. I'm at day 2. I know in time I can increase the intensity but seriously it isn't easy(well doing more than required is attainable just never thought I needed to be more focused lol)

By far the most brutal workout I've ever done, even though I haven't done much in terms of fitness. I didn't even finish the first set of the chair dips, and naturally I didn't do the pike hold. Geez I've been humbled

Man I tried doing hand stands. Just had the wrong teacher and he embarrassed me in front of people. And I stopped trying to doing hand stands. But I never knew that you had to do any type of training to do hand stands, thanks for the video bully. And besides! Who wouldn't laugh at big dude bust his ass trying. I give him credit. Big man tried. Love and respect bro.

Hey man, First of all - nice job on the videos! I've been trying this workout for a while now - since Aug. Unfortunatly I haven't made a before picture but I can tell that my upper body is a lot stronger and bigger then before and the sets are getting easyer. Here's my question: At what point do you increase the level of difficulty and how would you do so? Decrease completion time or fill in more reps or start doing different exercises?
