I started yoga 4 years ago, but my favourite real-time flow yoga teacher left the country. No other teachers inspired me, I've other tried many yoga schools around. But since I bought my own yoga mat a year ago and discovered the wonderful Adriene, my life seriously has changed! I am more flexible and know that I can just Google Adriene and with her help make myself feel better no matter what's going on in my life. Whenever I say 'Namaste' by the end of each practice, I really feel thankful to you. Also, yes, blessed that your teachings, your words, your knowledge, your kind heart can relieve my pain, if I have such at a moment, or simply make me feel better, to the level I sometimes have tears in my eyes. Especially when my grandma died, I repeated many times yoga for grief and it helped me to connect back with myself and remind me that I still have myself, that I own myself. Namaste.

I have been away from the mat for a few months now but thankfully, I have started my Yoga practice again since last Sunday 17 Nov. I am taking full responsibility for my healing. I knew for years that our body "talks" to us but that we don't know how to listen but I didn't learn! And now I have started learning by observing, by scanning, by listening, by feeling all that is happening in my body. And I thank you dearest Adriene to be such an instrumental part of my healing. God bless you always. Thank you and thanks to each and every one around you making the practice #YWA and making #FWFG a reality. I send you all much love and good thoughts all the way from Mauritius ❤

Omg I almost did it you guys. I started in January and am obese and struggle a lot, a lot of modifications. I almost managed this one without dropping the knee during those 3 legged dogs. Soooo close. I can feel myself getting stronger!

I finally found people who are subtle and notice things about themselves and the world around them. And not in a egotistical way. The deliberate choice to whisper of namaste really makes this feel connecting. Thanks for helping so me feel connected to myself, others, and the ground.

Actually kind of funny, I was up to the tree pose and thinking energy up the front down the back, draw inwards, hmm I'm wobblier today than usual, oh it's an earthquake. Melbourne is having a big earthquake. Sorry Adriene this might break my focus! :)

I struggled to stick with this. Ended up in extended child pose in the middle of it, feeling overwhelmed. But I got back up again and held tree pose well. It’s not about perfection, it’s about trying 💪🏼

Lucy, I hear you. After several months I can get this done pretty easily. Well, I’m still struggling with the tree pose but other than that, I return to this practice often. It keeps me moving. I’ll be 70 this year and I want to stay mobile.

BRIDGE day 13! I tried to do this practice almost 3 months ago and was unable to keep up. Now, after almost 3 months of daily yoga, I was able to complete the entire practice without having to skip out on any of the hard parts!! I was able to actually enjoy the flow, while still finding it challenging. Thanks to Adriene and all my fellow yogis out there. Have an awesome day! 🧘‍♀️❤️

I had to skip the last week or so of the Feb ‘22 calendar because I’m away, but now I’m finally back, on March the 2nd, amazed at my own commitment!😻✨ This practice was the absolute gorgeous! Oooh! What a needed lovely practice. Here on day 2, Ywa March 🍀🌼02/03/2022. Ooh! I am finding my inner voice, seriously showing up for myself, giving myself more sincerity, love and appreciation and connecting much more with the sound of my breath. Today was a bit👌🏾challenging as I'm ruminating so much on letting go of unloving, unappreciative close family and friends. Showing up for my mind and i had a little giggle😌😀🤣😌 inspite of my body in so much pain has been so calming and uplifting. I'm wholeheartedly grateful to you Adriene💖💖 for this connecting practice, I did hydrate well.👍🏾👍🏾 Namaste to all & anyone here today🙏🏾💞🧘🏾‍♀️

This is my very favorite practice Adrienne. I’ve had a challenging year with cancer, the pandemic and moving soon to a new city, as I do this much needed practice in my virtually empty old house prior to moving. This would be a good practice for each day! I am strong.

Thank you for being so real. One of the hardest parts of not going to my irl classes while covid is strong in my area is the difference between an influencer and a teacher. A teacher brings a totally different energy. 💚

Today I thought if I can manage yesterday’s full class I can do this 19 minute workout ! So I did my usual senior adaptions, using knees to transition through challenging bits and breathed with you Adriene, slowly and surely. I did this as much for my mental health as my bodily. Feeling restrained through lockdown here in England, isolating so long has taken it’s toll 😐 your connection with me through our daily practice is invaluable Adriene 🙏😊🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️💕

I came on the mat today distracted. But I trust my ability to come home to my body through the practice. I kept saying to myself "All that I am". It's amazing how quickly the thoughts popped like bubbles. Just like that I've grounded myself!

Did this flow outside today in the sunshine and Austin heat on the back deck. Today is the first full day of the shelter-in-place order for our city. Your practices remind me that this too shall pass, that I am strong, and that I can get through this period of solitude (and loneliness) with the help of people like you, reaching out through the internet. I always think I’m not into these flows because they start to move faster than just long stretches and I have to really pay attention to your cues. But that’s why doing these are so important; it gets me out of my head and into the moment. Thank you Adriene for all that you do.

I've always felt the same about flows. I always go for stretches and I assume that flows means it's just harder and for all over flexibility which is just as important. I'm trying to accept that lately

My toxic father has always drained my energy, l can't still move out bcoz I'm not financially able to, so it's like a mental torture chamber for me every day , your videos are the only escape for me Adrienne, I can never tell you how much this positive community means to me .. thanks for being here and not letting depression eat me up... I’ve been doing yoga for the past 3 months on beginner, thinking I wasn’t ready for intermediate. I clicked on this thinking it was a beginner session but found out halfway through that maybe it wasn’t. I’m proud of myself with how well I was able to do this. I did have to cut some short, but got straight back into it. Yoga has made me more aware of how far I’m coming and being really patient with myself!

I was practicing every day for awhile but stopped sometime in May when life got in the way. It took courage to show up today, but I'm glad I did -- my balance and strength isn't where it used to be, but I'm looking forward to getting back there and feeling stronger. Thank you, Adriene!

Here again feeling amazing to be here this😄May on FB Flow Day🍀🌸🌷🌷🌸🍀 ✨23/05/2022 and celebrating my birthday today🙌🏾🧘🏾‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️🙌🏾💃🏾😌🥳🎉I graciously feel calm, relaxed with your amazing gift to me...I love it🧘🏾‍♀️💗, great deep stretches, and a brilliant start to my day. I am now lighter, no longer depressed, drastically reduced SCIATICA hips and legs issues, can't believe i've lost 12kg as of present. Showing up regularly the last 5mths, having had on and off YWA practice since 2017, picked up from 2019 to present...I thank you wholeheartedly Adriene, you transformed my body, my health Tx to Benji's🫶🏾😄 presence as well, always add to the sessions🫶🏾 and to this lovely supportive YWA ppl here for all your motivating inspiring comments and ...I am feeling decades younger, healthier and thriving happily. Well, after 336 straight days of yoga, I'm able finally to get my foot high on my inner thigh in tree pose. I almost toppled over from the sheer shock of it! Who knows, after another 336 days maybe I can get the other foot up? What a lovely practice today. Enjoy your day.

I can't believe today I actually wanted to do a faster paced practice and enjoyed it. I'm still somewhat struggling, but could keep up with most of the asanas. Now I'm feeling very calm, warm and happy. ☺️

I leave the practice from time to time but I‘ve always referred to Adriene whenever I felt disconnected and needed her to guide me to calm. She’s been a constant in my life. It’s strange but I have so much love for Adriene and she never fails to make me feel loved. Sorry for the sappiness it’s lockdown and I’m feeling sappy and thinking about this made me cry a bit in shawasana today

I've had covid for 10 days now and whilst I have managed to practice yoga each day despite having 0 energy (and also running out of my meds making everything so much worse) yoga has been the only thing keeping me going and this is the first practice where I've felt myself again. Hey y’all! I’m on RENEW day 6, I’ve made it to the mat every day since BREATH in Jan2021, but today was the first day I was able to hold my tree pose and not fall out of it!! I was a little wobbly but I still held it until it was time to let go. Gonna work on my stillness but I still feel super proud of myself. Thank you for everything Adriene 💜

Stuck in Quarantine over easter holidays, woke up this morning feeling depressed and trapped in my apartment. But instead of letting that bad vibe getting me down, I decided to look for a yoga flow here on youtube. Found your video and absolutely loved it. Feeling so boosted with positive energy after following your instructions. I'm now planning on following one of your videos ever morning during quarantine. Maybe that's my chance on finally getting stuck to a yoga routine. Thank you so much!

I paused the class and stayed in savasana with my thumbs to the third eye. The window cast a shadow on the one side of my hands while the other side was bright. I realized how balanced I felt. It's all Yin & Yang. My mantra today.

It's amazing how she's talking and calmly walking us through this practice. I'm struggling to just breathe properly through the whole sequence. I'm new to yoga, and my goal to is to one day be able to talk to someone peacefully while I'm doing this practice. Great video. Thank you.

Today has been a long and tiring day, and in all honesty, I didn't think I could do it. When we were doing the bit withe the three-legged dog to knee-to-elbow, i had stop for a while. But I made it through the whole session, and I'm glad I did. Thank you, Adriene.

Enjoyable practice even practicing away from home at a friend's and without a mat. I initially found a sideways current of energy when Adriene called for an upward one 😝. Feels good to continue the yoga journey while on a holiday journey! Reset day 22. 353 days in a row.

I am going through a really rough, scary time in my life and don't feel safe. My friend suggested I pick up yoga again to help me instead of dissociating into mindless scrolling as I normally do. This really helped me feel centered and capable. Thank you. I'll see you tomorrow.

woke up sore and kind of annoyed, in the cold basement. Now I've turned off the heater, taken off my shirt and I'm not so sore. Had to hold on for tree pose, but whatever. What a blessing this practice is for me. Thank you, Adriene!

This was my first yoga session I've ever done. (Not ever, but I've only done a few a very long time ago) I can't believe how much of an exercise it was! I am now going to use your videos every day. I feel so amazing after that. I actually started crying when you said capture this moment, it's the first step... I can't believe what this 20 minute session made me feel. 😊 thank you sooooo much. I can only hope that I can make myself start to practice this daily. I am extremely overweight and overwhelmed right now. I decided to just look up yoga and this was the first video that popped up, so I figured I would try it. It was extremely challenging as I haven't done any beginner lessons or anything, but I pushed through and what I couldn't do, I improvised, but I made it through and I am so proud of myself and thank you immensely!

@buyapapaya when I started loosing weight I started with Adrienes videos too and I’ve lost 120 pounds. At first all I could manage to do were her videos but it got to where it felt so empowering and amazing. You will see amazing changes if you stick to it! You can do it!!!

I have been sick recently and not feeling up to yoga, but the days I feel I can do some, I force myself to do it, other than being sick, I've done it pretty much every day since November 25th. I have missed like 3 outside of being sick, but going from nothing on a daily basis to doing yoga that often has been and felt amazing!

That was my first practice after the BREATH-journey in january. I had decided to take a break from yoga because i noticed that it started to feel more like an obligation than a fun thing to do. But now I'm back and this flow was the perfect way to join back in. Sooo nice, ok y'all, see you soon :D

Stacey Kirasic yoga is so wonderful! I’ve been doing it daily for 560 days (since May 2018) and it’s crazy the change I’ve seen not only in my body (it helped me lose a load of weight, gain muscle and such) but in my mind and stuff. I am more mindful, I’m more calm and I don’t get anxious to the same extent. I have insight to see when I’m getting overwhelmed and know when to step back 😊 it’s such a lovely community, our yogi fam ❤️ I hope you have a wonderful week ❤️❤️

I've been having a horrible body image day, and my heart just wasn't in this practice at first. I was beginning to get frustrated because I felt like I wasn't as good at this as I should be. But when you said "feel the warmth that you've created in your sweet, beautiful body" it just hit me. I had to pause the video because I was tearing up so much; it's exactly what I needed to hear today. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos and your beautiful, loving attitude!

Stay strong ♡♡♡ I have found that daily yoga has helped me appreciate my body and I have less negative thoughts about it some days are harder than others Writing in my yoga journal helps document the progress you make mentally and physically Hopefully if you try it out you'll notice some difference too I like to go back and read what wrote about how I did on difficult poses and how I felt after practice It helps me see that I'm actually improving no matter what the scale says Good luck on your journey ♡♡♡♡

today’s practice done on: * 3/2/22: the balancing poses were a little difficult today but glad i did this right away in the morning ☺️. embody day 2 * 5/25/22: a great post workout stretch with a friend. flow day 24 🌊🌊 * 7/9/23: lovely day to be outside in nature and moving my body the this semi-heated flow ❤{expand day 8}
