that has been a hell of a workout. was looking so long for an amazing instructor like you doing wall pilates tutorials and I am more than happy to have found you!! the way you talk through the exercises and keep reminding us which muscels to contract is exactly whats needed!! thank you!!!!

This workout was eye opening and challenging! I injured my low back recently and I have been doing a lot of your low abs and posture work series to get myself back on track. This made me realize how unstable my hips are and how much I need to work on strengthening my left side. I will definitely do this series Again!

@@PilatesOnDemand My left side being weaker also explains the strain on the right side of my lower back. I'm always happy for these slow movement series', very humbling!

It felt amazing! Now that I am post-menopausal, I am trying to refocus on using my body weight instead of spending so much time doing cardio. I want a strong body and core as I age!

I really struggled with this and I’m intrigued by what I felt and learned. I kept having to pause the video because I would start to panic lol. I have been doing Pilates/yoga for years so it was humbling to struggle like that. Thank you for the challenge.

Hi Lindsay! I have been doing your workouts for a couple of months now, and I cannot believe how much my body has changed. Your focus on going slowly and deliberately, while maintaining alignment in the body, has improved my posture and movement patterns that no other workout style has been able to do. I used to do a lot of fast paced workouts and, while they were fun and challenging, they didn't quite get the same results. I am very grateful to have found you, as you are a beautiful and gifted instructor and an absolute pleasure to spend time with.🥰😊 If you ever get over to the Westside (Century City area), please let me know! I would love to take a class with you!🤩🤩🤩 P.S. can you please do more advanced workouts with the ring, mini ball, and mini band? I get enough lol!😁😁😁🙏🙏🙏

Just wow! I have done Pilates for ages and I do about 5 workouts a week, in the best shape of my life…. but this made me work harder then ever before going in to muscles on a depth I hardly even knew I had!

i had been avoiding this one because i was afraid it was going to be gym glass wall squats for 40 minutes straight lmao but this was really awesome and taught me a lot about where my instabilities are. the plank showed me the negative amount of strength i have in my hips when shifting feet.

Hi Lindsey. This was so good. I could definitely feel my imbalance in my hips! I will do this one over and over til I feel stronger especially the lunges!

This was tough, and I loved it! I really liked doing the ab work with feet planted on the wall. Like you said, it does force you to keep the hips grounded. Although my hips were on the ground, my thigh still seemed to hover a bit. Guess I need to work on that some. Thanks for another great session!😊

What's the secret to sliding easily on the wall? My walls do not have a shine finish to them and sort of feel like my body is stuttering against the wall.

Amazing...well that it was sweating 😅 it's one fact....but I felt that very specific muscles of my body werde put at work... particularly with the abs and back legs. Body facing the wall with both hands pushing the was was really something. The stretch was fantastic I felt that my body was placed in line... Thank you Lindsay 👏

Hi. I have arthritis in my right hip and wrist. Will doing this cause it to get worse or help? I've heard yoga and pilates are great for arthritis, but that I need to be careful & avoid some moves. Many thanks x

That depends on a lot of individual factors. you would need to wear a heart rate monitor to calculate it.
