Loved it Marsha! Your pace was perfect for me though the 10 reps of each exercise. I thought I would be in trouble with no beeps, but it was great. Now I just need to keep my promise to myself: 2 of your workouts per day for the next 2 weeks. 🤞🏼

Ok, your TRX workouts are great, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to follow your workout when there are no beeps or audible marker between the different exercises, and insufficient time for the transitions. By set 3, the transitions are just bleeding into one another, which makes it a complete waste of time to try to follow unless you memorize or write down the moves. Your older workouts with verbal cues and 10-15 seconds between sets are so much better and more instructive. Nobody can concentrate on form and commitment if they have to watch the screen all the time. You should also think that most people need to move the screen to alternate between forward/rear facing exercises and floor/standing. Please rethink.

Fair comments. The reps format makes it unnecessary to include beeps. But I see your points regarding the transitions. Will be more aware in future videos. Please remember these vids are free. It takes a lot of time and effort to produce. With no remuneration for me.
