Good video! More videos like these are needed! Here are a few things I would like to see: 1. More follow along locomotion workout 2. More specific follow along Crawling working pattern (Monkey, lIzzard, whatever they are called, LOL) 3.Add in kettlebell workouts too - 4. Generally more movement workout, keep it up!

These exercises might be too simple for young persons, but I'm 70 and had my 3rd stroke 6 months ago, and these exercises are good for me; in fact, they're quite hard.
I love your videos and your workout mindset. That being said, I wish you would exercise shirtless. It is very helpful to see the muscles of the upperbody while working out so we can see how your training is affecting them!! Otherwise, keep up the good work!!
@@smoovmoves LOL. I thought about the possibility that it might be cold weather. I wish you and some other fitness teachers along with nutritional counselors could have a fitness retreat where people could come and learn first hand like Ido Portal does. Have you ever thought about that?
