Usually my workouts are all straightforward (which I enjoy), but the open flow at the end made the movements really fun and allowed for a lot of expression with the flow 👏

Love it: incredible challenging for me and I fear putting my legs up to high but lovin the flow and the monkey style. Great workout! Gonna do this more.

After advanced flow, it was easy for me, but it's very good at improving my coordination.

Love to hear it! Coordination is a great quality to train. Continue to feel into the easiness. More efficient, less strain. Simple way to build endurance with the primal practice.
