Combining cardio and strength, this full body workout burns calories fast. It can be carried out at home with no equipment. The strength exercises uses only body weight, making sure the female watchers will tone but not build their muscles.

Oh my god. I swim 7 km a week(3,5 km in 1,5 hour twice a week) walk at least 25 min a day, im not overweight. I thought this was gonna be a piece of cake. Im half way, sweating so much, my body hurts. If you start a physical activity with this, and you feel like dying, i is NORMAL. Don't feel ashamed or bad. Keep working. Keep the motivation.

Im 12 years old and I know that might sound young to start doing hardcore workouts but I really want to grow up being fit and healthy so when I’m older it’s easier for me to eat healthy and motivate myself to excerise. Luckily I got all the way through this video but did take some breaks to drink water and breathe. I found the plank hardest, this was my first time doing this and I plan to repeat this everyday! Thankyou for making this video and inspiring me and others to be healthy you’ve earned a new subscriber

I have been doing this workout for 3 months, 5 days a week. It was hard in the beginning but I am happy to say I have been able to lose quite a lot of weight with this workout plus a good diet and I feel so much fitter in myself. I am so happy, keep up the good work. Thank you so much :)

Its great to see someone who looks absolutely natural and proffesional while working out. I mostly stumble upon videos where the coaches have their whole make up team with them and the whole work our is somehow artificial. Your videos motivate me to be a better me and not someone else, thank you!

I am not sure what not to like? It is a good basic workout. You can use for beginner, a warm-up or a recovery day. A great multi-purpose workout. I liked it. :)

Many thanks, I have been researching "free strength exercises" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Seyliana Strength Salgado - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my work buddy got cool results with it.

This is just superb, been searching for "good weight lifting exercises for women" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Seyliana Strength Salgado - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.

Haven't worked out in years. After 3 kids this is a great "get back to it" workout. No annoying intro just right to it. Plus, no exuse to put it off because you have to find something to do the workout, just need your body and floor space. Feel like I accomplished something! Thanks, I'll be back for more 🤗

I started this a week ago I could not even get up to 9 minutes the first day the video looks more simple than I taught but am glad now that I can always follow through and complete the 20 minutes though have been having serious pains on my laps but it’s getting better now. Am sure this will really help me a lot. Thanks for uploading this

I haven’t exercised in so long, I’m really going to try hard to do this once a day. I want to change how I feel about myself, I’ll be 61 in a few weeks and I feel like life is passing me by, I feel like I haven’t done enough with my life and it makes me sad. If I’m going to be serious about changing, I decided a good place to start would be getting healthier. Eating better, some exercise and letting go of bad habits. I started the nicotine patch yesterday and I’m going to stop drinking alcohol and coffee, coffee keeps me awake at night, I want to start going to bed at a normal hour and wake up before the sun comes out. I’ve never been good with self discipline but I’m going to change that too. I don’t want to die feeling like this, when it’s my time to go, I want to feel like I was living my best life. I’m so happy I found your video, it’s a perfect workout for a beginner, I can do this!!!! I was sweating and happy when it was over! Thank you so much for sharing your video and not charging us to watch. Now I have to go and search for a diet I can stick to .😉 I’m determined. 🤞🏻fingers crossed 🤞🏻 Anyone reading this, please send me some positive vibes across the air, I’m gonna need them. Try portions,,,dont eat after 6pm,,blueberries,strawberries or raspberries are a great snack or munchie,,,limit your carbs,starches and do lots of vegetables.....Rebel icecream is awesome and healthier....you're on a good start....you're thinking about you....stay strong and you will finish strong and better

So I do volleyball but it's summer break and I've let my body relax too much. I'm catching up again with these kinds of videos! This one had me sweating a lot even though it wasn't that hard for me since I'm used to these workouts. Thank you very much for this video! ❤

checking out different videos in this quarantine,,This was an excellent combination of cardio and strength,i liked how u made them a combo, so if body was tired during cardio, it relaxed a lil during the strength.. one more thing i liked was the extensive use of hands as well.. so all in all a very good workout.. gonna do it for a week

I don't know how many times I kept breathing out "let's stop" "let's stop" "let's stop" "CAN WE STOP" ...the last thing I said before I gave up was "you take a break ...busy telling us to take breaks"

This was a great workout for me as a stay at home mum of an 8 month old. I don't have time to go to the gym so this was perfect. Prior to having my baby I was quite fit, so I was surprised at how much this simple 20 minute workout wore me out!! Thank you so much!

I'm just learning how to work out and get into the spirit to exercise, I absolutely love your work out. I've found some videos where I quit because I felt like I couldn't keep pace so I wasn't good enough. But your video kept me in high spirits and made me feel like I could do all these things, I started to get sore and tired about 10 minutes in but your video is absolutely amazing!!

Loved this workout, just did it and I am sweaty! Lol. I really enjoyed how she did lil breaks in between so it wasnt too much strain, but not too much breaks either that it didnt feel like a workout. Enjoyed the stretching portion at the end as well. Reccomend it. 😊

Finally found a perfect workout for me thanks so much. usually use treadmill twice a week now with this twice a week too. perfect 20 short work out, sweat buckets if only I could master the plank though lol.

Pretty intensive workout! I was sweating bullets in less than half of the whole duration. I really love your videos - I even follow the one with the resistance bands and it's working great for me. Thank you so much for your efforts. :) One question - I was kinda blacking out after 8 minutes. Do you suggest anything in particular to have before beginning to workout?

Thank you for this video! Ive been on a diet for several months and so far, I've lost 30 pounds. But I'm at that point where it has become harder for me to lose weight. I still want to lose 30 more pounds. I don't excercise as much as I should but I'm going to try starting soon, every day, as much as I can. These excercises were much funner and better for the body than the ones I usually do. =)

Myself and my husband did this today we did about 4 mins before my legs gave in.. we are going to try push more tomorrow.. such a great workout and you make it look so easy.. machine lady🥰

Perfect little workout! I love how the muscle exercises are fit in when one rests from cardio. It's just enough to get the blood circulation going in the morning and build up a little strength but not too intimidating or too long (so I cannot skip it when I'm lazy in the morning with excuses to myself like I don't have time :-) ). I'm a single mom with no gym possibility and a sedentary job so this is a health saver. And I agree with others that the best part is that the instructor is just a normal natural and friendly person that I can envision having an interesting conversation with. I put the sound off though and put my own music on (no offence. :-) ) I like some of the other FitnessType workouts as well, but this is my favourite.
