What I really love is that you give the reminder to do “ your variation.” I really like this! I watched one of your videos that went into more detail about the idea of “ your variation.” My first in studio yoga class was in 2006. That was not the idea which it was Hatha yoga and I loved it! Now, that I am in my late 50’s I dig the philosophy of “ your variation.” Thank you so much for another great session! ❤🙏❤Namaste

Devi, I golfed today and noticed a freedom in my swing that wasn’t there 8 days ago. I scored amazing and haven’t swung so well in a long time. Thanks you for this wonderful series. I’m definitely feeling a new ease.❤️

Hi Devi, another amazing class, thank you 🙏🙏 Jumped VERY stiffed on my mat (back to school - maths teacher here ! -, and I was running on adrenaline), so i couldn't find a comfortable position for supported fish...until i pklaced my foam roller under the bolster for the spine, and a block under the bolster for the head 😉 Getting good at constructions with props😀😀 For dragon, the most enjoyable position is : both blocks inside the foot, middle height, forearms lying on the longer side. Have you ever tried this variation ? I find it feels more relaxing, at least in my body.
