I've been following you for a little over 5 years now and you never fail to give a great class. I first started doing yoga through your videos then joined a yoga studio. yoga became a drug to me.I love it sooo much. It helps with my depression, anxiety, and helped me to be more mindful in everyday life. And I'm a lot stronger now!! Since the pandemic, I've been back watching your videos full time and I feel so good!!! And wow your channel has grown so much. thanks, Leslie I would not be where I am today without your videos!!!

I really needed this practice after a long day at work, and also my anxiety has been high today so really needed to stretch out. Lesley, you will always be my favourite, go to, yoga teacher even though you’re no longer here. Namaste x
I am heartbroken. Leslie has been with me through her wonderful videos for years. I am sending love out to her family. I can’t imagine their grief. I always hoped that one day I could meet her in person.

I've being doing this workout every day for almost two weeks now , there is such a change in my mental health , i feel more relaxed and loving , and my body feels so good !!! its like im giving my body what he want and need and in return my body gives me energy , i dont know how to explain how much this video change the way i live my life . highly recommend doing this everyday , thank you Lasley.

Hi. am in the middle of the 90 day fix which I am loving. Wanted more than just one yoga class today but wasn’t feeling the next one up. Found this class and I love it, exactly what I needed. Not too long or short, not too hard; Just perfect👌👌 I’ll be back again.
