skipped my thrive / shine practice today for this video to recharge. lovely stretch! would love a longer stretching class. having issues though with softening my elbow joints. as long as i keep my palms together the softening is more a thing in the mind than a physical thing i guess ....
Thanks for the practice it was beautiful. If you would permit me to make a comment. I don't know if it's me who is slow but the transitions were a little fast. I know I'm new so this might totally be on me but by the time I want to get into a new pose you were already two steps ahead. Thanks was able to complete the practice had to rewind a few times but I feel great now.

I love Elmer. Really love to hold stretches too so this vid was great! My bf is super stressed lately so I have been hitting the yoga mat as much as possible so I can be supportive and calm for him and to stay peaceful myself after exposure to secondhand stress. Your Thrive program on MyYogaPal is amazing! I'm getting my bf to start meditating too. Yoga really does make you feel better. Xo
I had such a huge headache when I came back from work today. Drank lots of water and even took a really strong painkiller (which didn't help). Eventually I decided my body needed some stretching cause I've had no time at the gym this week, and suddenly my awful headache was gone :D Thank you for the session
This was an awesome class Leslie. I had not practiced in about three weeks and have been using the gym and jogging. My whole body felt it. Especially with the lunges and when we folded forward with our hands on the back of our neck, that was challenging for me. I feel better after the class. Thank you.
'That's amazing how much better I feel after these daily yoga sessions! I thought It would take me months to get into the condition I'm in only after a week of doing yoga with your help. Also, I couldn't stop smiling when the kitty meaowed :3. Definitely lit up my mood. Hi to Elmer!
