To watch this live in Tampa would have been amazing, but to get to see it in the Avalanche home ice was just as memorable.

When I was a young boy, I sat in michnichols' arena for game 4 of the 95-96 season, as a young man of 14 I watched Joe pass the cup to Ray in a series where the Avs came back to win game 7. This year, I watched these men fight for every ounce of that cup. I have followed this team through thick and thin, and have since day one. Thank you Super Joe, for bringing this team together, thank you Gabriel, for your devotion to the game WE love, and your commitment to this franchise. Nathan Mackinnon, thank you for your passion and dedication. Cale Makar, you are a beast, and are redefining what a Defenseman can do. Let's go Avs

The NHL is in trouble the Avalanche has defensemen that could score with the best of them. If this team stay together it could get ugly they remind me a lot of our Chicago Blackhawks young fast and damn near unstoppable.

Hats off to all the Tampa Bay Lightning fans for not booing when the ceremony was going on. While both Trophies being handed out I saw allot of them Clapping and cheering .That is Class act making Hockey a much better sport than it is. Also To the players especially Steve Stamkos who was showing his pride for the game and congratulating Avalanche even tho he just lost .He is a great captain for good reason. Players who look for reasons and excuses why they lose are sore sports. And He is far from that Tampa is lucky to have him. And now to see my team being the only team to win all of there Championship games. And a hand full of other records makes me so grateful to be a Colorado Avalanche Fan.

And for those of us watching in Latin America (and maybe other parts of the world), the stream on Star+ ended BEFORE the Cup was presented! An entire region of the world (at minimum) didn't get to see the Cup handed out. That is IDIOTIC! Next year, I'm better not paying for my subscription, and just finding alternative ways to view the games 😒
