Another thing that new players dont have in mind with the resistance changing harvest craft, is that when you are searching for an item to buy on trade, you dont have to restrict the search for the specific res that you need, you can search for any res and just change it, you will get way more search results that way

I just recently did an Int stack wand craft. Never done an expensive craft like it before. First time doing Aisling veil Got pretty lucky. Hit the first Awakeners Orb. And got Ele pen on second Aisling. Burning money that fast is kind of nerve wracking lol

The changes highlighted in this video have never had a chance to be brought together in one spot and have given alot of newer and especially returning crafter headaches. Thanks alot for giving us a place to return to and not get confused by all the old rules that were changed multiple times. Also lets hope Chris doesnt troll you and modify the items you covered in next patch lol.

For the heist currency section might have been good to mention that the enchant for +1 crafted modifier exists and that can be a big deal when combined with meta crafting stuff. Potentially the 4 rule breaking bases in heist (simplex, astrolabe, and the 2 rings) are noteworthy too.

I am using your SRS Guardian this year and getting further than I ever have. I am SSF and reached a point to start really crafting my 85+ gear, but I am a little lost. Some of your notes are great (fractured base, etc.), but I think a step by step video showing what you would do 1) how to obtain the fractured base (Abyss farm?); 2) essence spamming; 3) should you use Rog, etc. would be super helpful. Great videos thank you!

Thanks Sub, These videos are super helpful! your first crafting video is what got me into POE. @55:27 you said your armor was item level 71 so you could only get T2 chaos res, but it already had T1 chaos res on it before you harvest crafted it. can you explain that?

Great vid. He mentioned the most expensive currency Harbingers drop is the fractured orb/parts. Do they not have a chance to drop mirror shards anymore?

You can still get double veiled helms through the Journalist div card and drops, not super relevant to crafting, but would have been nice as a side note.

In the last year or so you have lapped every other POE content creator. Knowledgeable, chill, you can don't have an annoying voice. Mathil wins sex appeal......... but other than that you are killing it!

Do you think they could remove some the the cases where metamods are ignored, like essences etc? Also did you forget divine supply was also reduced because they removed the 6l recipe which also affected prices.

At 10:30 you say the eldritch currencies work on shields, withoyt being ingame atm, it doesn't seem that they do to me from what I read on CraftOfExile and the wiki.

POE needs a tier of crafting mods lower than the current ones, so that new players can get into some semi decent crafting before having to spend countless chaos / devine etc. So lower level rare items. That would allow newer players to get familiar through practice with the systems before the fear of burning currency kicks in.

I played PoE when workbench didn't exist yet.. all of this new stuff is really overwhelming.. GGG added so much more yet leveling is still the same huh

Thank you for the video, I appreciate it for understanding the system, unfortunately what is shown with tainted fusings is what I expect will happen to me where I will buy a limited currency and then RNG will screw me over. I resent GGG for this gambling trashcan gameplay they call crafting and your knowledge has demonstrated this game has such little respect for player time and pushes players to be slot machine addicts. Tainted Exalted orbs can randomly brick your item? This game bricks items constantly with “crafting” to prevent traders from selling too much gear. This is so flagrantly insulting, GGG are so bad. Thank you again, I’m new and dumb so I appreciate your content, but the more I learn, the more I will never give a penny to GGG, what a hateful dev team, so adversarial with their players, I’m not allowed to use crafting on gear I pick up off the ground because the devs wants to brick gear for sellers so I have to risk ruining the gear I used to even survive T16 maps. Complete failure in game design by GGG, what a slap in the face.

I like how candid Subtractem is. You can always critic and get a true and humble response. My critique? Change the title from "Advanced+ FULL Crafting Crash Course" to "Introduction to crafting currency", because this is what this is. It's a run down of each crafting item, what it is, what it does, where to get it, any rules that apply...etc, etc, etc.
