Trigger warning ⚠️ As someone who struggles with an eating disorder, I am trying a more healthy way of me loosing weight to feel better about my self and change my eat habits including actually eating correct portions of healthy foods, vs. me just cutting all ways of food off or trying to eat those baby portions that the Instagram models eat as I have done in the past multiple times 😂 your videos really do help me realize it is okay to have something sweet every now and then, also to not beat myself up for failure of trending diets when they only last for like a week.❤️❤️❤️ you really are a big help to me and have helped me on my healthy eating/ weight loss journey. I have healthily lost 10 pounds for the first time ever and my mental health has been at its best. Thank you for posting your videos❤️

There’s not a lot of fruit and veg in your diet. They can really help keeping you full and contain very few calories. I buy a bag of oranges and a bag of apples every week, as well as various veggies and this has REALLY helped me lose weight in the past.

I like The Justyn Swirl. I love anything Reese's! You got me hooked on the sf mini Reese's. I am generally ok with them and have like 1 or 2 a day. Helps with the sweet tooth.

Susan Prather I love the Reese’s pb whipped cream too, but girl you should just eat the mini Reese’s with the sugar. Artificial sweetener is so bad for you! It makes you gain weight just as easy as regular sugar.

OMG!!! I am soooooooooooooooooooo addicted to the Perdue Lightly Breaded Chicken Strips! Because of you I bought 1 bag from Target & am kickin myself!!! I should have bought more, especially since in quarantine!! These are sooooooooooooooooo good!! They tasted like Chick-Fil-A strips to me!!!! Hmmmm thinkin about what to call the rice cake snacks. Let me ponder on that for a min. If I think of anything I will send to you on IG! :) Def think it should be patented as a snack by you! LOL! And being a LA gal YAZZZ cannot forget about my Tony's!!! Wouldnt you need to count the cheddar cheese for your lunch because you had a serving of cheese in the morning making it over 1/4 of a cup overall? Idk if that makes sense

Lisa Burke I asked my ww leader and she said as long as the servings are not at the same sitting, there is no need to calculate the points value for the total amount of that food you consumed for the day, hope that makes more sense, obviously we all lose weight differently so if you notice the scale something different you probably need to re-evaluate 😊

This is why I don’t understand WW. How is an egg 0 points? It has fat and protein in it. This confuses me. I don’t hate WW, I don’t use it either, but I don’t understand how a whole egg is something you just eat as much of as you want. No?
