Add eggs to an ice bath (bowl of ice and cold water) after hard boiling/soft boiling for like 5 mins immediately after. Perfect peel every time. :)

I hardly ever eat ice cream. But I really like Halo Top Vanilla with crumbled 100 calorie pack oreos. The birthday cake flavor is good, too.

My favorite ice cream flavor is salted caramel. I also like to drink my ice cream. 😆. My favorite thing to do in take 1/2 caramel or vanilla primer protein drink. Mix in Starbucks instant coffee. Add a scoop of salted Carmel ice cream. Add whipped topping on top and drink. It's so good.

🍦🍦🍦 I fell in love with the Enlightened Ice cream when I did Keto and I was so glad they made ice cream for Keto. My favorite was something with caramel. Forgot what it was. Might even have been the bars 🤔 lol

After you're done boiling them, you can rinse them in cool water to peel them smoothly.

My son in law said if you put a splash of vinegar in the water the egg shells peel right off and you have beautiful smooth eggs instead of eggs that look like they were attacked. I tried it and it worked he said he saw it on RU-vid also place the eggs in cool water and let them come to a boil don’t boil the water first and then put the cold eggs down into the water. Introducing cold eggs to hot boiling water does something to the egg.

Its best to use eggs that have been in fridge for 4-5 days.The older they are the easier to peel.

Love your videos! My favorite ice cream is the skinny cow mini ice cream sandwiches (4 sp). Question: Do you think it’s more challenging to follow WA and lose weight with your night work shifts? Do you think it Would it be easier to meal prep/ follow WW if you were on a “normal” work schedule? Keep doing these videos. They provide good info!

I was caring for a woman who had some sort of microwaveable egg contraption that could cook your whole eggs. I set it for 10 minutes placed water at the bottom , covered the eggs with this some type of dome cover and they came out horrible. Still soft and runny inside the shells were hell to take off and most of the egg white part was pulled off with it. It’s best to just boil them. This contraption looked like one of those gadgets you see on late night TV or in magazines like fingerhut.

I put my eggs into air fryer as well, and I put it under 270° for 15 minutes and it comes out fine but I put like 3 maybe 3 eggs in there and no more than that, see if that works out for your air fryer 😁
